This is a self-paced 30 day home exercise program to help improve bowel movements and manage and/or relieve constipation including issues exacerbated by constipation such as hemorrhoids, fissures, prolapse etc. with a board certified doctor of physical therapy that specializes in pelvic floor physical therapy. Learn how to help manage and relieve hypertonic pelvic floor muscles with breathing and stretching exercises. Practice diaphragmatic breathing exercises to help lengthen and stretch pelvic floor muscles. Learn daily exercises to help relieve common stiffness and mobility deficits in the low back, hips, and pelvis contributing to constipation. Learn how to breathe and stretch your poop out with me in the comfort of your home!
