7 Day "Exercise Snacks" Home Exercise Programs: Lower Cross Syndrome (Excessive Anterior Pelvic Tilt + Lumbar Lordosis or Sway Back Posture)
A 7 day self-paced home exercise program designed by a doctor of physical therapy that specializes in pelvic, visceral, and orthopedic physical therapy. There will be 5 daily exercises to complete on your time to help alleviate symptoms and return to functional activities. These daily exercises are meant to be completed at any time of the day so you may break them up to accommodate your busy schedule (aka "exercise snacks")! You don't need to perform exercise all at once or for a long duration like 30-60 min daily to receive health benefits and heal injuries or issues. For instance, you can do an exercise in bed when you get up in the morning, at your office during a lunch break, or while playing with your kids at home! Staying consistent with exercise can be difficult especially with a newborn or young kids, but the goal of this program is to just do what exercise you can each day to start healing at home and maintain your health.
